This could be a problem with you having a firewall, and we also suspect that some versions of Norton are preventing files being uploaded - in any case, it is a real nuisance.
The first thing to try is a re-install of the FTP Client, using the latest version - download it from this page. We certainly don't want you disabling your fire wall, so, the best thing you can do is to generate the files we need, p.txt, e.txt, c.txt and r.txt and attach them to an email and mail them to us .. bridge@ecats.co.uk
If you use that email address, they should import directly. However, be aware that it doesn't always work directly and you may still have to wait for me to be sitting in front of my machine to upload them for you!
